The People Behind Espresso Group

Our vision is to be a trusted technology partner for businesses who want clarity, reassurance, and a more human approach to IT.

We believe technology support should feel personal, approachable, and grounded in real understanding, not corporate, distant, or driven by process for the sake of it. We want our clients to feel comfortable asking questions, confident in the advice they receive, and supported by people who genuinely care about how their business operates day to day.

We aim to remove unnecessary complexity and noise from IT, helping businesses make calm, informed decisions rather than reacting to pressure or uncertainty. By staying close to our clients and involved in the work, we ensure technology is shaped around the people using it, not the other way around.

Through honest advice, clear communication, and a focus on doing things properly, we strive to build long term relationships based on trust, consistency, and shared understanding. Our goal is not to be the biggest provider, but the one clients rely on and recommend because we make IT feel manageable, dependable, and human.

Bradley Butterworth

After more than 18 years working in the MSP world, I had seen first hand that most businesses do not struggle because of a lack of technology. More often, they struggle because things have grown over time without clear ownership, or because they do not have someone they trust to step back, make sense of it all, and give honest advice.

At Espresso, I stay close to both the work and the people. I take the time to understand how a business really operates, what matters most to it, and where technology should quietly support rather than get in the way. That might mean improving resilience, simplifying systems, strengthening security, or helping teams feel more confident using the tools they already have.

I believe IT works best when it is planned properly, explained clearly, and delivered calmly, without pressure or unnecessary noise. My role is to give clients clarity, reassurance, and a steady hand, especially when technology feels uncertain or complex.

Espresso Group is built on long term relationships, honest conversations, and doing things properly. Not because it sounds good, but because it is what businesses actually need.

Charlie Mahoney

Here at Espresso,  I work closely with clients to understand how their business operates, what really matters to them, and how technology can best support that without adding unnecessary complexity. A large part of my work is helping people make clear, well-judged decisions around their systems, processes, and future plans.

I place a lot of value on clear communication and long term relationships. Clients often come to us feeling unsure or overwhelmed by their IT, and my aim is to bring calm, structure, and reassurance to those conversations. Whether that is supporting executives, improving resilience, or simplifying environments that have grown over time, I focus on practical outcomes that genuinely make a difference.

At Espresso Group, we believe technology should feel dependable and understandable, not corporate or intimidating. That belief underpins how I work with clients every day.

Mollie Mahoney

I work at Espresso Group as the Marketing Assistant, supporting how the business communicates and presents itself day to day.

My role is focused on making sure what we say reflects who we really are. I help shape website content, marketing materials, and communications so they feel clear, approachable, and consistent with the calm, human way Espresso works with its clients.

I work closely with the rest of the team to make sure our marketing feels natural rather than forced, and that it supports real relationships rather than just ticking boxes. For me, it is important that our messaging matches the experience clients actually have when they work with us.

At Espresso, we believe clarity and honesty matter, and I aim to reflect that in everything I work on.
